CRAZY PATCH

Create interesting surface embellishment by sewing decorative
stitches over the seams. Try mixing several types of fabrics for
even more variety.
No. 0
All-Purpose Foot (A)
1.
Place two pieces of fabric right sides together and sew a
long straight stitch.

Press the seam open.

With the right side of the fabric facing up, sew the
decorative stitch, making sure the stitches fall on both
sides of the seam.

STRETCH STITCH SEWING

Stretch stitches are strong and flexible and will give with the
fabric without breaking. Good for knit fabrics as well as durable
fabrics like denim or twill.
No. 6 Straight stretch stitch
No. 31 Stem stitch for stretch fabrics
No. 39 Ric-rac stitch
All-Purpose Foot (A)
We recommend that you use a needle for knit and synthetic
fabrics to prevent skipping stitches and thread breakages.

Used for sewing on elastic and overcast stitching.

Pull elastic in front and back of needle while sewing.
B. Overcast stitching
Used for easy to ravel and knit fabrics.
