Connections

The position of the cables and pipes must not pose a tripping hazard for the operator and
the personnel.
Check the integrity of the power cord.
1) Insert the power supply pin (Fig. 12); insert the other end into a socket with the following
characteristics:
A)
230V single phase + earth
B)
Frequency 50 Hz
C)
10 A minimum current with a circuit breaker and RCD.
The socket must be at the side of the machine, which is reached by the supplied cable.
2) Connect the blue pipe, supplied with the swivel coupling Fig. 12.

then to a source of compressed air with the following characteristics:
A)
dry and non-lubricated compressed air
B)
pressure between 6 and 8 Bar
C)
minimum flow rate of 100 l/min
If, after switching the machine on, the message "LOW PRESSURE" appears (Para. 9 Screen A1), it
means that the air pressure is less than 4 Bar; restore the pneumatic supply.
3) Connect the spent fluid drain pipe to the swivel hose connection of the drain of the device (Fig. 13).
Connect the other end to the sewage drain, making sure the inlet of the pipe is sealed well (Fig. 14).
