PROCEDURES FOR SERVICE AND ASSISTANCE
Contact the Assistance Department directly in the event of a fault, review and/or validation:

The Assistance Department will evaluate whether the machine must be returned or whether a
technician's intervention is required, and once the machine is inspected, an estimate will be
forwarded to the distributor who will forward it to the customer for acknowledgement and
signature.
After receiving the signed quotation, the device will be processed and will be shipped
according to the schedules indicated on the quotation.
The following steps are mandatory if the machine must be shipped to the company:
Use the original packaging. If you no longer have this, use adequate packaging. The
transportation risks are borne by the sender.
Send only the device (do not put any component of the accessory kit).
Thoroughly clean the chamber and the entire device before sending it.
If the device is received dirty and with debris, it will be returned without being repaired
or cleaned and disinfected, which shall be charged to the customer.
Always drain the tanks through the valve couplings at the back of the device (Fig. 9).
Indicate the anomaly in writing, and place a document inside the package clearly
indicating the anomaly noted or the service you are requesting.
Always send with carriage paid, otherwise the shipping charges incurred will be
charged.
All non-original packaging that we receive are disposed of.
The device will be returned in original packaging (the cost of the packaging will be charged)
via the customer's shipping agent.
