Keep handles dry and clean. Greasy or oily handles are slippery and can cause a loss of control over the machine.
•
Store tools out of the reach of children when not in use.
ELECTRICAL SAFETY
•
Never modify the plug in any way. Unmodified plugs and matching bases will reduce the risk of electric shock. If
you discover any damage, send your machine to the Official Technical Service.
•
Do not open or attempt to repair the battery or battery charger.
•
Protect the battery and charger from dampness. Keep the battery away from extreme heat and cold atmospheres.
•
Only charge the battery at room temperature (surrounding air) between 0ºC and 40ºC.
•
Do not pull the cable to carry, lift or unplug the charger. Keep the cord away from heat, oil, sharp edges or
moving parts. Damaged or tangled cables increase the risk of electric shock.
•
Do not operate the battery charger outdoors.
•
When not in use or before cleaning and repairing, disconnect the charger from the power source. Take special
care with the battery.
•
Store the battery in a dry place between 10ºC and 30ºC when not in use.
•
This battery is sealed and liquid should never come out of it. If the seal breaks and the liquid touches your skin,
quickly wash yourself with plenty of soap and water, neutralise the liquid with a weak acid such as lemon or
vinegar and seek medical attention immediately. If battery fluid gets in touch with your eyes, rinse thoroughly
with water for 10 minutes and seek immediate medical attention.
•
The battery should be recharged when it does not produce enough power to perform jobs that were easily done
before. Do not continue to use the product with an exhausted battery.
•
The battery is not fully charged at the factory; charge it completely before first use.
