  • Página 9 Levelling: When levelling the ground, always remove material from the top of the slope rather than filling in the bottom: this will ensure greater ground stability and firmness. Always remove all grass, roots, stones, etc. Levelling is extremely important: devoting the necessary time and effort to ensuring that your pool sits properly on the ground will avoid problems later.
  • Página 10 T P R ó M P R Finishing: On the cleaned and levelled ground, spread a light coat of sieved sand (max. 1cm). Water and compact it (with a garden roller). Check that is well levelled. Do not use the sand to level the ground. The finishing has to be perfect. We advise to put a ground cover (TPR) or a thick one (MPR) above the compact ground.

Your swimming pool is supplied on 2 pallets. Pallet No. 1: Metal-sided swimming pool: Liner + wallplate + PVC section pieces + filtering system + ladder (inox) + cover + woodstainer kit + wood screws + covering strips TPM.

DO NOT CUT IT LONGER THAN NECESSARY, AS THE PLATING WILL COME OUT OF THE SLOT.
  • Página 19 30º º C LINER FITTING THE P.V.C. LINER: UNFOLDING THE LINER: USE A LADDER TO GET IN AND OUT OF THE POOL WHILE FITTING THE LINER. EXTEND THE LINER (L) IN THE SHADE AT LEAST 2 HOURS PRIOR TO FITTING SO THAT IT CAN RECOVER ITS PROPER TEXTURE. PLACE THE LINER (L) IN THE CENTER OF THE POOL, AND START BY UNFOLDING THE BOTTOM, FOLLOWING THE MAIN AXIS OF THE POOL AND PUSHING THE SIDE UP AGAINST THE WALL PLANTING.
  • Página 20 LINER WATER AGUA 2 cm. A R E N A ATACHING THE LINER: Locate the welded seam of the wall (W), which can be used as a guide for fitting the pool liner. Starting from that point, hang the top edge of the liner over the wall plating so that the weld (W) is PERFECTLY STRAIGHT AND PERPENDICULAR TO THE GROUND. As you hang the liner, HOLD IT IN PLACE PROVISIONALLY WITH CLOTHES PEGS.
  • Página 21 P C F P C F 2º P C F 1º PIPC FLEXIBLE TOP SECTION PIECES (PCF) FOR ROUND SWIMMING POOLS NOTE: These FLEXIBLE (WHITE) SECTION PIECES ARE FOR THE TOPS of ROUND SWIMMING POOLS. They are fitted on top of the liner once this has been fitted over the pool wallplate and do not need to be joined together. They are positioned one after the other, and when the perimeter is completed, the extra length is cut off.

GRE is aware of the importance of preserving our forests, which is the reason why it acquires its raw material, timber (pinus sylvestris), in Scandinavia and countries that uphold the criteria expounded.
  • Página 23 1º SKIMMER WOODEN PANELLING – PLEASE NOTE: When assembly does not begin immediately, it is important to restack the components horizontally on the pallet and cover them fully to ensure that sunlight and water are kept out. Assembly of wooden panelling: It is recommended that 2 adults wearing gloves perform the assembly. Once the wallplate of the swimming pool has been assembled (and the return valve connected) continue filling with water until there is a 4 cm gap between the water and the lower edge of the skimmer perforation.
  • Página 24 2º T F L 2nd - Place a panel of normal timber PMN on each side of the panel PMS, attaching them to the panel PMS by means of the wooden upright support PVM with 2 screws TFL in the upper part, 2 in the middle and 2 in the lower part. Repeat these stages successively, ensuring the wooden panels fit snugly against the wallplate of the swimming pool and against each other, until the entire perimeter is covered.
  • Página 25 3º 4º PLYMI PLYMI PLYMI PLYME 5º 3th – Assembly of the inside wooden playa finishing pieces PLYMI and of the outside ones PLYME: IMPORTANT: The outside playa finishing piece PLYME with 4 holes is to be fitted onto the skimmer panel PMS with 4 medium-sized screws TFM. We specifically recommend beginning the assembly of the playa finishing pieces with this 4-hole piece (at the skimmer).
  • Página 26 6º 7º 4 cm WATER ASSEMBLING THE RETURN VALVE AND SKIMMER 6th – When you have finished fitting all the playa finishing pieces and wooden covering strips (you must now remove the playa pieces that are over the skimmer in order to remove it more easily), you may now begin to fill the swimming pool with water.
  • Página 27 AM584 Hidroplus Once you have finished attaching the covering strips TPM, you may proceed to fill the swimming pool up to the level defined by the skimmer (half-way on the skimmer mouth). You may now use a brush (use is recommended of 2 brushes of different widths – not included in the kit) to apply the woodstain that is supplied with the swimming pool KIT (AM584 Hydroplus), to protect the wood against exposure to the elements and in order for it to acquire a suitable dark colouring.It takes approximately 2 hours for 2 people to apply the woodstain/ paint.
  • Página 28 Application: It should be applied once a year. Application should be made of at least one coat of paint-woodstain on the wall panels and upper playa finishing pieces. A minimum of 2 coats of woodstain should be applied to all grained ends of the wood and to angle joints. NOTE: The useful life of a coat of paint may be considerably extended by touching up or by applying a fresh coat at regular intervals, instead of waiting for it to deteriorate.
  • Página 29 M8x70 PLYME PLYMI ® PGTSEGNP P M E FITTING THE LADDERS (OUTSIDE WOODEN LADDER / INSIDE STAINLESS STEEL LADDER). The wooden ladder is mounted on the outside, centred on the wooden panel PME (which does not have a support block for the outside finishing pieces). Use 2 TF1 screws to attach board D below the outside finishing piece PLYME, as centred as possible.

E1 is the base for the fastening E2 and is placed at each end of board D. Place the wooden ladder beneath board D (The assembly of the ladder and its components is visually illustrated on page 12).

  • Página 32 TIPO VENTURY POR ASPIRACION MAINTENANCE AND USE : - Check every pool screws, the corrosion points possible and check the liner is clean before filling the pool. - The pool water level has always to be hold in a minimum of 15 cm from the pool superior edge. Do not leave the pool without any water. - Clean regularly the P .V.C liner and the water level mark with non-abrasive products.

Ne jamais laisser la piscine sans eau. - Nettoyer régulièrement le liner PVC et la ligne du niveau de l’eau avec des produits non abrasifs.
