Transport
▸
Do not pull the device by the hose or mains
cable. Transport the device by the transport
handle [5].
▸
Check the crane hook [14] for secure fastening,
if necessary, attach securely.
Fit the pull-out transport handle:
▸
Position the device on the rear rubber feet.
▸
Undo the transport handle retaining screws.
▸
Pull out the [5] transport handle.
▸
Retighten the retaining screws of the transport
handle.
When transporting, the device can now be pulled
3
by the transport handle.
Operation
Mains supply
Electrical voltage
Only use the device in a dry environ-
¾
ment.
Only operate the device from a
¾
power source that fulfils the follow-
ing requirements: Sockets installed
according to regulations, earthed and
checked, fuse rating according to the
technical data.
Route the mains cable so that it is not
¾
in the way during work and cannot
be damaged.
Check the device is switched off
¾
before plugging the mains plug into
the socket.
Protect the mains cable against heat,
¾
corrosive liquids and sharp edges.
Use an extension lead that has an
¾
adequate cross-section (see technical
data).
Use an extension cable approved for
¾
outside use. Outdoors, use only ap-
proved and correspondingly labelled
extension cable.
Do not switch the compressor off by
¾
pulling out the mains plug, rather
switch off at the On/Off switch.
Always connect an RCD with a
¾
maximum tripping current of 30 mA
upstream.

DANGER!
Producing compressed air
▸
Switch the device on at the On/Off switch [10]
and wait until the maximum tank pressure is
reached.
Once the maximum tank pressure is reached, the
3
compressor switches off.
The tank pressure is indicated at the tank pressure
3
gauge [3].
Attention!
The set control pressure must not be higher that the
maximum operating pressure of the connected air
tools!
▸
Set the control pressure at the pressure con-
troller [6].
The current control pressure is indicated at the
3
control pressure gauge [8].
▸
Connect the air hose at the compressed air
connection [9].
▸
Connect the air tool.
You can now work with the air tool.
3
▸
Switching off the device and pull out the mains
plug if the work is completed or is to be inter-
rupted.
▸
Drain the pressure tank condensation daily at the
condensate drain [13].
