Pull the end of the cuff outwards so
that the cuff is snug around your arm
and then secure the end to the hook-
and-loop fastener.

Place your arm on a table or the like,
so that the center of the cuff comes to
the height of your heart.

Relax your arm and lightly open your hand, with the palm upward.
