MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY

Placing of the legs:
The cutter has four legs (TE000048), folded in
its side. Assembly is carried out by two per-
sons, unfolding the legs and securing the
same with the M-8 bolts (PC000043), the 8
washers (PC140667) and the M-6 nuts
(PC000044) in the place provided for this pur-
pose on the sides of the water tank, (see
Graphic 2.3.).

Arm assembly:
ORDESA Model: The arm (OR000019) hold-
ing up the head (TE000125), is placed on the
pillar located at the back right hand side of
the machine. Then place the M-8 bolt
(PC000041) through the hole on the inside
front par t, to then fix the arm with the 8

washer (PC140298) and the M-8 nut
(PC140076), to then place the M-10 bolt
PC000046) through the inside side hole to
then fix the arm with the 10 washer
(PC140071) and the M-10 nut (PC140070).
The arm can be placed in the top holes for 300
mm. blades and in the lower ones for 350 mm.

TEIDE Model: The arm (TE000120) supporting
the head (TE000125), is placed in the pillar
located in the right back part of the machine,
putting the threaded stud of the spindle in place
(TE000055) to then place this through the slot
located at the front, the M-8 bolt (PC140293)
with the 12 washer (PC140073), to then fix the
arm with the 8 washer (PC140667) and the M-8
handle (PC130276); then push the M-10 bolt
(PC140060) through the side slot with the 14
washer (PC001285), to then fix the arm with the
