To be considered before each trip
Before using your iMatJet in public waters, please inform
®
yourself about locally applicable nautical rules and
regulations.
The iMatJet is a water sports gear and may only be used
®
by persons who are able to swim. It may only be driven out
as far as you would be able to swim back.
The current, high and low tide as well as wind conditions
must be taken into account when planning the trip. Inquire
about the conditions in advance.
Check before each trip:
Check the charge status of the batteries (for motor housing
[20], for remote control [17] and for powerbank
high-pressure pump supplied). To charge
Check the batteries are firmly inserted.
Make absolutely sure that the seals
undamaged and very clean! Otherwise water could
penetrate and massively damage the electronics.
The package includes 4 replacement seals.
Check the housing and protective grille
and foreign bodies.
Check the antenna cable [19].
Check the valves [6] of the mattress, check the air
mattress for leaks.
And after every trip...
remove any foreign objects, especially on the protective
grille, see page 9.
If you used the iMatJet ® in salt water,
please rinse the mattress with fresh water.
Assembly: Inflating the air mattress
Before inflating, read the manual "Electric Air Pump
INFLATE and DEFLATE". Use the supplied powerbank
power the pump. Read the operating instructions carefully!
Fully lay out the air mattress
are no sharp objects underneath. Place the air mattress with
the blue side, the lower chamber, facing upwards.
Open the cap
(counterclockwise). Check whether the valve
closed position. The position can be changed by pushing in
and turning.
Insert the pump

no dirt in the cover cap
connected to the valve.

Turn the air mattress with the blue side facing down and
repeat the pumping process for the middle and upper
chamber. The pressure for the middle and upper chamber
should be a maximum of approx. 0.069 bar.

Dismantling: Deflating the air mattress
Let iMatJet
Drain (use the pump's DEFLATE valve) starting with the
upper chamber; as much as possible for easy folding.
Fold up and stow away.

Installing the motor housing

Take the two motor housings
[16] to
out of the trolley [11] and put them on the mounting plate
simultaneously [9]. Ensure that "right side" is inserted into
the slot marked with "R" and "left side" in the image marked
with "L". Secure the two motor housings with the motor
fixing [28]. Make sure that the motor housing cannot be
pulled out.

Remove the protective caps
the batteries. Push the batteries
in the correct position. Ensure that the batteries are firmly
inserted. Secure the batteries with the 4 locking clips [24].
Finally, attach the antenna cable
fastening [5] on the left inside of the air mattress.
Switch on the remote control
connection. To do this, briefly start the motor by switching it
to "ON" and moving the control lever. Take note of the
separate manual for the remote control.
Turn over the assembled iMatJet
putting it down and place it in water with a depth of at least
50 cm.
The iMatJet ® is now ready to go!
