Caring for your iMatJet
®
Do not use harsh (e.g. acetone-based) cleaning
products. Ideally, use only clean water for cleaning.
When caring for and cleaning your iMatJet
consider the environment. Therefore, if possible, use
biodegradable cleaning agents for care and cleaning.
The motor housing
[20]
can only be
cleaned when the batteries
[23]
are installed. Cleaning or hosing is only
permitted without pressure.
Maintenance and cleaning of open live parts may
only be carried out by trained personnel.
Use protective caps
[27]
to protect the contacts
[26].
The batteries
[23]
may only be cleaned with a dry
cloth.
The package of your iMatJet

components
If such damage occurs, iMatJet
no longer be used until it has been checked by
trained personnel.
Only have the components of your iMatJet
replaced with original parts or those that have been
approved by the manufacturer. Otherwise the
warranty may become void.
Seals are very important!
Make absolutely sure that the
seals
[25]
are tight, undamaged
and very clean!
Otherwise water could penetrate and
massively damage the electronics.
Wear and Warranty
[23]
before working
The iMatJet® and all mechanical components are
exposed to wear and tear and high stress.
Different materials and components can react
differently to wear and tear or wear caused by material
stress
Any type of cracks, score marks or color changes in
areas under high material stress indicate the expiry of
the service life of the component; the component
should then be replaced.
®
may
Please note that the protective grille, propeller, and
seal are subject to greater wear.
This higher wear is not a material defect and is
®
therefore not subject to warranty.
The batteries are also subject to aging and are
therefore wear parts.
Please note that the batteries may lose power more
quickly depending on their age and duration of use.
Take this into account when planning your trips and
replace the batteries with new ones if necessary.
You can obtain information about replacement and
replacement batteries from your dealer or our service
