Using the appliance

Installation

• Contact the nearest authorised service centre to install your product.
• The customer is responsible for preparing the installation site as well as the connection
points for electricity, water supply and wastewater.
• Make sure that the inlet and drain hoses, as well as the power cord, are neither kinked,
pinched, nor crushed when moving the product to its installation location after the
installation or cleaning procedures.
• Make sure that the installation and electrical connections of the unit are carried out by an
authorised servicing agent. The manufacturer cannot be held liable for damage caused by
repairs carried out by unauthorised individuals.
• Before installation, check the product for defects. If there is a defect, do not proceed with
the installation. Damaged products are a safety hazard.
Suitable installation location
• Place the product on a solid, level floor. Do not place your unit on long haired rugs or other
similar surfaces.
• When the washing machine and dryer are stacked on top of each other, their total weight
(loaded) is 180 kg. Place the product on a solid, level floor that is able to support this weight.
• Do not install the product on top of the power cable.
• Do not install the product in environments where the temperature is below 0°C.
• To reduce vibrations and noise, it is recommended to leave a space around the machine.
• If you are installing the machine on a surface that is accessible by steps, never place it near
the edge of the steps.
• Do not place the product on a free-standing platform.
• Do not place or use any heat sources (hobs, irons, ovens, etc.) on top of the washing
machine.

Using the appliance
Removal of packaging supports
Tilt the machine backwards to remove the packaging support(s). Remove the packaging
support(s) by pulling on the tape. Do not perform this operation yourself.
Removing the transport safety devices
1. Unscrew all the bolts with a suitable spanner until they turn freely.
2. Remove the safety screws by turning them gently.
3. Place the plastic covers, supplied in the bag containing the user manual, over the holes
on the back of the panel.
WARNING:
Remove the transport safety devices before operating the washing machine!
Otherwise, the machine may be damaged.
NOTE:
- Keep the safety screws in a safe place so that you can use them again if you need to
transport the washing machine at a later date.
- To reinstall the transport safety devices, follow the disassembly procedure in the reverse
order.
- Never move the unit without properly securing the transport safety devices!
