Driving with speed control
Press the switch [E]
The forward speed selected at this point (but not
top speed) is maintained.
You can take your foot off the accelerator pedal.
To switch the speed control off, press the brake
pedal [A]/accelerator pedal [B] until the switch is
released.
Stopping the device
Take your foot off the accelerator [B] or. [C].
Step on the brake pedal [A] until the device
comes to a stop.
Note
When you step on the brake pedal, you
automatically switch the speed control off at
the same time.
Switching the cutter deck on/off
(depending on the model)
The PTO switch actuates an mechanical clutch to
switch ON and OFF the cutters.
To switch the cutter deck on, pull the PTO
switch .
To switch the cutter deck off, press the PTO
switch .
In the case of automatic shutdown through
the safety locking system (e.g. reversing
switch the switch off, and then back on
again, to release the clutch lock.

Setting the cutting height

To set the cutting height, actuate the cutting height
adjustment lever.
Note
"8/HI" is the highest possible cutting height
(approx. 10 cm); the cutting mechanism is
located right at the top.
"1/LO" is the smallest cutting height (ap-
prox. 3.5 cm); the cutting mechanism is
located right at the bottom.
Mowing

Only empty the grass catcher when the
cutters are switched off.
Only operate the device with the

device starts to vibrate unusually, switch the
engine off immediately.

direction with an active cutting mechanism
(OCR function = reverse mowing mode).

(see chapter "Starting the engine").
Exercise particular caution when mowing in
reverse (OCR function). Only mow in a re-
verse direction if it is absolutely unavoidable.
Never change direction while the vehicle is
moving (with the drive on or off).
