Sit down on the driver's seat.
Start the engine.
Release the parking brake by pushing right
through the brake pedal and then releasing it
again.
To drive off, press on the accelerator [B] or [C]
Note
The further you step on the accelerator
pedal, the quicker the machine will go.
Driving with speed control
Press the switch [E]
The forward speed selected at this point (but not
top speed) is maintained.
You can take your foot off the accelerator pedal.
To switch the speed control off, press the brake
pedal [A]/accelerator pedal [B] until the switch is
released.
Stopping the device
Take your foot off the accelerator [B] or. [C].
Step on the brake pedal [A] until the device
comes to a stop.
Note
When you step on the brake pedal, you
automatically switch the speed control off at
the same time.
Switching the cutter deck on/off
(depending on the model)
The PTO switch actuates an mechanical clutch to
switch ON and OFF the cutters.
To switch the cutter deck on, pull the PTO
switch .
To switch the cutter deck off, press the PTO
switch .

Setting the cutting height

To set the cutting height, actuate the cutting height
adjustment lever.
Note
"8/HI" is the largest possible cutting height

prox. 3.5 cm); the cutting mechanism is
located right at the bottom.
Mowing

device starts to vibrate unusually, switch the
engine off immediately.

Note
Some models can be used in reverse
direction with an active cutting mechanism
(OCR function = reverse mowing mode).
Before reverse circulation switch the cutting
mechanism of while it is in normal operation
/ and put it upward (see chapter
"Starting the engine").
Exercise particular caution when mowing
in reverse (OCR function). Newer use the
reverse mowing function if it is not absolutely
necessary.
Never change the direction while the vehicle
moves (with the drive on or off).
