IMPORTANT
There are three valve groups on the outdoor unit. Note the letter of the group were the indoor
part pipe is connected to the outdoor part. This is of importance when connecting the electrical
wires.
A valve group consits of a fluid valve and a gas valve. see picture 11

MIND
The pipes from the indoor parts can me connected randomly to one of the valve groups. The air
conditioner is programmed to detect which indoor part is connected to which group.
Take care: If the pipes of a indoor part are connected to to valve group C then the electrical wires
of that group must also be connected to terminal C on the oudoor part which is marked with
L(C), N(C) and S(C). The (C) marks that it concers terminal C.
d.
Select the correct tightening torque (shown table 1) in order to prevent the pipes, connecting pieces
and nuts from being damaged.

Insulate the connection points on the interior section with insulation material to prevent condensa-
tion build-up .
f.
Wind the piping, connection cable and drain hose, behind the interior unit, with tape so that a firm
bundle is formed. This makes it easier to mount the interior unit to the mounting plate.
