10 - WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Alvea ampoule is covered by a 2-year warranty. The manufacturer shall be
responsible for the safety, reliability and performance of the device if it is used in
accordance with the instructions for use and its intended use and if repairs are
carried out by the manufacturer itself or in a laboratory authorised by the same. If
the user fails to comply with the operating instructions and the warnings contained
in this manual, all liability of the manufacturer and warranty conditions shall be
considered void.
11 - UPDATE OF TECHNICAL FEATURES
In order to continuously improve performance, safety and reliability, all medical
devices produced by Air Liquide Medical Systems S.r.l. are periodically reviewed
and improved.

characteristics of the devices placed on the market. If the instruction manual
accompanying this device is lost, a copy of the version corresponding to the device
supplied may be obtained from the manufacturer by specifying the reference data
on the technical data sheet.
