Control Stop Valve Operation

NOTICE: Refer to this section throughout the Maintenance Guide
when instructed to close and open the control stop valve.
NOTE: A strap wrench must be used to remove the stop cap and
adjust the valve position.
Using a strap wrench, remove the vandal-resistant stop cap from
the control stop.
To close the stop valve: Turn the valve screw clockwise as far as
it can go.
To open the stop valve: Turn the valve screw counterclockwise as
far as it can go.
When done, place the stop cap on the control stop, then retighten
with a strap wrench.
