Installation - Quickie

Installing the base mounting plate to the wheelchair.

*Note: Quickie Wide Adapter Plates use an additional ¼" (6.4mm) of seat depth.

Align the two countersunk holes on each of the adapter plates (L) with the inside threaded holes (H)
on the base mounting plate (G), as shown.
4 Attach, using the four 12mm flat head screws (M) and the hex key.
Note: The threaded holes on the adapter plates should face in toward each other.
5 Align the four countersunk holes on the mounting bracket (B) with the threaded holes on the adapter
plates (L), as shown.
6 Use the four additional 12mm flat head screws (M), and fasten securely with the hex key.
Continue with "Installation - Back Support Assembly," step 7.

bracket (B) with the threaded holes (H) on the base
mounting plate (G), as shown.
Note: Only the center threaded holes (H) on
the base mounting plate (G) will correctly
align with the mounting bracket (B).
4 Use the provided 12mm flat head screws (M), and fasten
securely with the hex key.
