5.2. Send a prerecorded message
There are three ways to activate prerecorded messages from the DC-700ETH/T desk:
1. Manually, by choosing the message from the list of available messages. You must first select the zones/groups, then the
message and activate sending. See section
2. By means of a message selection button. This button is preconfigured in such a way that it is assigned a specific
message. We must manually select the target zones/groups, and then press this button. See section

3. Via an AutoZone button. This button is pre-configured so that it has both the message and the target zones and groups
assigned to it. Pressing the button will send the assigned message to the assigned zones/groups. See section

The priority of the prerecorded message will depend on the system configuration: you can use the priority assigned to the
message itself or the priority of the paging source assigned to the DC-700ETH/T.
5.2.1. Send a prerecorded message manually
1. Select the zones and/or groups where you want to send the prerecorded message. The green button indicates the
selected zone or group.
2. (OPTIONAL) Activate or deactivate the GONG.
3. Press the prerecord message button.
4. A window appears with the available messages. Select the messages you want to play.
You can monitor the message before selecting it by pressing and holding the message name.
