WORKOUT TIPS

illustrate the fundamentals of fitness training. In order to reach your desired training goal,
it is imperative to inform yourself about important points for creating a training program
in general and about the exact way to operate your home trainer using this manual as a
guide. Therefore, please thoroughly read all of the points listed here and pay them close
attention.
USE
1. RESISTANCE LEVEL ADJUSTMENT
You can set different resistance levels to regulate the intensity of your workout.
You can adjust the level using the flywheel.
2. SETTING THE PEDAL STRAPS
You should set the pedal straps for ideal use of the exercise bike. Put on gym shoes to
find the ideal strap length. Set the straps so that your feet slip just in and out.
3. BRAKE SYSTEM
The product has been outfitted with a magnetic braking system. The braking system is
speed-independent.
GETTING ON AND OFF THE PRODUCT
1. GETTING ON
After adjusting the seat height to your body, hold on to the handlebar. Put the nearest
pedal in the lowest position and slide your foot into the pedal straps for a secure footing
on the pedal.
Now swing your other leg to the pedal on the other side, sitting down on the seat as you
do so. Hold on to the handlebar firmly with both hands. Then slide your other foot into the
pedal strap on the other pedal.
