CAUSES

Batteries are low
• PTVTEL has not been stored
with the heater
• Heater memory full if 4 devices
are stored
• No mains voltage

damaged cable.

Store PTVTEL read chapter
STORAGE OF

Clear the memory
removing one of the four
previously stored PTVTELs ,
see chapter «CLEARING THE
HEATER MEMORY»
Check that there is voltage in
the power cable and try again.
Check that the plug is fitted
correctly or replace the cable.
Check the remote control
