Dust alarm 1 and Dust alarm 2 (output signals): This alarm serves as early detection of
dust deposits on the sensor. It refers to Detection output 1 (Qint.1) and Detection output 2
(Qint.2). The limit values for the dust alarm are set via ISDU 73 Safe ON/OFF limit. If the
analog value does not fall below the set analog value twice in succession and for a total
of 2 seconds when the device is switched off, the dust alarm goes to "1".
Temperature alarm (output signal): The sensor constantly monitors the internal tempera‐
ture in the front part of the sensor. The temperature alarm setting can be used to
define limit values that lead to an alarm when exceeded or undercut.
NOTE
Note that the temperature measured by the sensor is always higher than the ambient
temperature due to internal heating.
Short-circuit (Short Circuit) (output signal): Detects whether the sensor output is short-
circuited.
NOTE
The process data show the Analogue value and QL1 and QL2 output signals by default.
The remaining parameters are initially deactivated. The user can activate these param‐
eters as needed via ISDU67 - Process data configuration.
