Congratulations on choosing BeMOVE, the Benincà system to check automations
from your smartphone and much more!
This guide has the purpose of illustrating the main functionalities of the BeMOVE
system to allow correct installation and configuration of the product. For all more
advanced functionalities, not in this guide, refer to the:
- tutorials integrated in the apps BeUP and BeMOVE.
- video tutorials available on our Youtube channel:

shed for users and installation technicians.
DESCRIPTION (FIG.1)
The HOOP gateway device is the main component of the BeMOVE system, and
enables communication between your smartphone/tablet devices and automa-
tions* in your home/company. HOOP communicates with BeUP/BeMOVE apps, in-
stalled on your Smartphone or Tablet, using a local network or via internet. In both
cases, the connection to the router can be via WiFi or via ethernet cable (LAN**).
HOOP can communicate with automations in three different modes:
One directional mode via radio frequency 433,92 MHz with any device equip-
ped with a Benincà radio receiver (ARC/RollingCode/FixedCode). One directional
mode is similar to that commonly used by a HOOP radio transmitter. In this case,
it behaves like a multi-channel transmitter which can be managed remotely via the
BeMOVE app. You can manage up to 8 radio transmission channels.
Each channel can be set with different code (ARC/RollingCode/FixedCode).
In this mode, the automation CANNOT communicate its status to the system
and the receiver device must find itself in the transmission area of the HOOP
gateway. It is the mode to use in the event monitoring is not required of
the status of the automation and the devices (max. 8) are found in the radio
receipt area of the HOOP gateway.
Two-directional mode with devices directly cabled to the inputs/outputs
available on HOOP.
Two output channels (NO/NC/COM) and two input channels are available.
It is the simplest mode if command and monitoring is required of the status of
one or two automations found near the HOOP proximity gateway.
Two-directional mode via radio 868 MHz module (optional i.HOOP accessory)
with a g.MOVE receipt/transmission device (optional).
The two-directional mode allows you to send a command to the automation via
the BeMOVE app and to know the status of the automation.
Up to to 64 g.MOVE devices can be managed, each g.MOVE module can acti-
vate up to two automations.
*To simplify this manual, reference is made to automations for residential/industrial
openings, but any device piloted by a NO/NC exchange contact can be enabled by
the BeMOVE system. Similarly, any device equipped with a status output can be
monitored by the system. Some applications typically managed by BeMOVE:
- Lighting systems.
- Heating/conditioning systems.
- Alarm systems
- Surveillance systems
