ATTENTION: do not disconnect power to the HOOP gateway during this phase.

HOOP IDENTIFICATION
Each HOOP device has an identification label.
The position of the label is highlighted in Figure 3.
The label contains the SSID of the device, the Password and Serial Number.
SIGNALLING LED
There are 3 signalling LEDs:
WiFi/LAN (green only):
1) HOOP gateway not configured (wifi not enabled): led off.

2) Access Point mode enabled: off 1 second, on 1 second. IT should be enabled
/LAN
during the system installation phase - direct connection of the smartphone
and gateway.
3) HOOP gateway in connection to WiFi/LAN network: off 250 ms, on 250 ms.
4) HOOP gateway in connection to server via internet (only if set in OPEN or
SECURITY mode): off 125 ms, on 125 ms.
5) HOOP connected to the server or the WiFi/LAN network: led always on.
868/433 (RGB led):
1) Green led on for 2 seconds: indicates dispatch of a radio command 433 or

2) Red led on for 2 seconds: indicates dispatch of an 868 command for which a
response was not received from the intended g.MOVE.
3) Blue led on for 2 seconds: indicates receipt of the status change of the g.MO-
VE module inputs.
4) Green and red alternating flashing leds: start the reset procedure of the devi-
ce in progress. After approx. 10 seconds of alternating, continuous flashing,
the led switches on orange for 7 seconds and then:
