Non-observance of the instructions listed below can cause electric shock, fire and/or serious injuries
- Securely fasten the machine to the guiding device before you use it. Slipping of the machine on the
guiding device can make you lose control of the machine.
- Prior to making any adjustments on the machine used with the guiding device, pull the plug out of
the socket outlet and/or remove the rechargeable battery. An inadvertent start of the machine can lead
to an accident.
- Place the guiding device on a solid, level and horizontal surface. The machine used with the guiding
device cannot be guided evenly and safely if the guiding device slips or wobbles.
- Always hold the machine used with the guiding device with both hands on the handles provided for
this purpose. This is a prerequisite for accurate and safe work.
- Before each use, check the function of the guiding device and check to ensure that all warning
labels are attached and legible as delivered. Missing warnings on the guiding device can cause an
increased risk of injuries.
- When working with the guiding device connected, the machine may only be removed from the
workpiece when it is in the starting position and the movable guard is closed. An unprotected coasting
