9. Assembly

The cleaning equipment is intended for connection to a stationary com-
pressed air supply system.
Notice!
Depending on the compressed quality, a water separator and a fine filter
have to be installed before the cleaning equipment.
Requirements for the installation site
■ Compressed air connection G 1/4 or suitable connection nipple must be
present.
■ Compressed air pipe with min. 9 mm inner diameter.
■ Compressed air pipe must supply min. 4 bar.
■ Provide extraction with a diameter of Dn 75 mm.
■ The installation site must be protected from mechanical impacts.
9.1. Connect the earthing connection
Notice!
Always comply with the national explosion protection regulations and
occupational health and safety regulations when fitting an earthing con-
nection.
When installing the cleaning equipment, the collecting tank [1-11] for the
cleaning agent tank must be connected to the terminals with the interior
earthing cables.
When using cleaning agents containing solvents, the cleaning equipment
must be earthed by a qualified professional. When fitting an earthing ca-
ble, use the drilled hole provided.
