Warning!
Health risk from toxic vapours
Toxic vapours can be emitted by the cleaning agents when operating the
cleaning equipment.
→ Connect the cleaning equipment to an exhaust air system. Always
comply with the national building regulations of the country where the
equipment is being used.
Notice!
Damage from wrong cleaning agents
Solvents and cleaning agents based on halogenated hydrocarbons
such as e.g. 1,1,1-trichloroethane and methylene chloride can trigger
chemical reactions in the aluminium cup, gun and galvanized parts
(1,1,1-trichloroethane with small quantities of water results in hydrochlo-
ric acid). This can cause the parts to oxidise, with an explosive reaction
in extreme cases. Only use solvents and cleaning agents that do not
contain the substances named above. Never use acids, lyes (bases,
pickling agents etc.) for cleaning.
Notice!
Damage from not enough cleaning agent
Damage can be caused to the cleaning equipment if the cleaning agent
pipes run dry.
→ Check the level in the cleaning agent tank every day.
