WARNING: Before cleaning, the inspecting or repairing the unit, make sure that en-
gine has stopped and is cool. Disconnect the spark plug to prevent accidental
starting.

correctly fit with the projections on the cylinder cover.

Release the button and remove the air filter cover.
Take of the filter element and brush off attached
sawdust. When the filter is clogged with dust. sepa-
rate it in halves and shake-wash with gasoline.
When using compressed air, blow from the inside. To
assemble the cleaner halves, press the rim until it
clicks.
Dismount the guide bar and check the oiling port for
clogging.
