Selecting the correct weight
While the dumbbell is in the rack, hold the safety lock unlocked and adjust
the weight by turning the handle. You can select the desired weight for your
personal workout.
Weight plate placement
The slotted side of the weight plate must face the center of the dumbbell, as
shown in the illustration below. The weight stack is evenly distributed at both
ends of the dumbbell.
One side of the weight plate
has a groove, the other side
is flat.
