There is no voltage in the AC sockets:
• The equipment or extension cords connected to the
generator are damaged;
• The engine has been connected with the equipment
connected to the AC sockets;
• The AC pilot light (green) turns off;
There's no voltage at the DC sockets:
• Safety device (DC Protector) is in "OFF" position;
The warranty of this machine is two years from the date of
purchase. You should, therefore, keep your proof of
purchase during this period of time. The warranty covers
any manufacturing defect in material or operating, as well
as parts and work needed for their recovery. Excluded from
the warranty the misuse of the product, any repairs carried
out by unauthorized individuals (outside the service center
of the brand VITO) as well as any damage caused by the

• Change the used equipment or extension cords;
Repair the equipment or extension cords used;
• Unplug all equipment from the sockets and reconnect
the generator;
• Stop the engine and start again;
• Put the DC protector into " ON" position;
