Diagram E (Apportioned volume process) - Should
the components be moved, typically from a magazine,
with discharge in metered volume, this mode of opera-
tion is used. The volume is determined by a certain
number of discharges in combination with the level in
the CVL. After discharging, the process is repeated until
the set number of discharges (volume) is reached, after
which the CVL remains open, until the Reset switch has
been activated. The discharge process continues again
until the desired volume is reached once more.
This operating mode can be equipped with start / stop
contact, whereby the CVL can be stopped when eg. the
magazine is empty. Additionally, this mode of operation
shall be equipped with a reset switch, that can be acti-
vated by replacing eg. cardboard boxes under the CVL
Prerequisites:
•
Program 3 is selected
•
Any start / stop contact is connected to terminals 9
and 10, or a loop mounted between terminals 9 and
10
•
The reset contact is connected to terminals 11 and
12
•
Terminals 13, 14 and 23 are connected to the level
sensor
Please note that N and E_N is set in the control, see
"Operating the control".
NB - The MultiAir FC 2000 blower series is prepared for
the start / stop signal from the CVL control.
Program 4:
Program 4 is used in connection with the CPU system,
and contains the necessary communication to work
with the CPU.
It is optional if the blower is to be started and stopped
by the control unit, or the blower must run constantly.
