STOP
CAUTION: The blade continues to rotate for a few seconds after the engine is
shut off.
1. Release the brake control handle to stop the engine and blade (fig. 8a).
2. Disconnect and ground the spark plug wire as instructed in the separate engine
manual to prevent accidental starting while equipment is unattended.
3. Move the engine switch to "OFF" (fig. 8b).

REPLACEMENT OF THE ROLLER

WARNING:
Caution:
The equipment can be assembled with the scarifying roller or the aerator roller (both
included).
Swapping scarifying & aerator roller:
1. Switch off the engine and leave to cool down.
2. Disconnect the spark plug connector.
3. Remove the grass catcher.
4. Lift the unit slightly at the front.
Be sure to wear work gloves.
Use only original genuine scarifier/ aerator rollers
from the manufacturer.
