Cooking with Meat Probe
Using a Meat Probe
The long and thin end of the meat probe is stabbed into the meat, and
the other end is attached to its housing on the side wall of the frame.
The icon is displayed on the touch screen when the meat probe is
connected.
Recommended cooking temperature is specified as 75 °C. Minimum
setting temperature is 55 °C and maximum setting temperature is 98 °C.
Meat Probe Cooking Modes
Meat probe has three cooking modes;
1. Grill is operated. (see Fig. 69)
