General safety information

Before using this product, carefully read through these instructions for use
and those for the respiratory protective device (RPD) used.

Pay great attention to the instructions for use. The user must fully
understand the instructions and follow them precisely. The product may only
be used for the intended use.

Do not dispose of the instructions for use. Ensure that they are stored and
used properly by the users.

Only trained and specialist personnel may use the product.
–
Local and national guidelines that concern this product must be adhered to.

Only trained and specialist personnel may check, repair and maintain the
product.
–
Only original Dräger parts may be used for maintenance. Otherwise the
product functioning correctly could be impaired.
–
Do not use faulty or incomplete products. Do not make any modifications to
the product.

Inform Dräger if there are any faults in or failure of the product or parts of the
product.
–
Safety goggles to protect against particles moving at high speed can
transmit impacts and thus become a hazard to the wearer when worn over
normal glasses.

Donning/doffing loops
The hoods are available as a standard and a premium hood, both of which are
available as a long or short version. All hoods are available in sizes S/M and
L/XL respectively.
The premium hoods have a larger field of view and made of more resistant
material.
The longer hoods have a double-layered bib.
Protective foil is available as an accessory. The protective foil is stuck over the
visor and protects it from scratches, paint particles, and dust.
