Possible solution
Follow the instructions in
BEFORE FIRST USE.
- Use fresh coffee
grounds.
- Store unopened coffee
in a cool, dry place.
- After opening a coffee
package, reseal it tightly
and store it in the fridge
to maintain its freshness.

Ensure the appliance
is plugged into the wall
socket and the plug is
firmly inserted.
Check the power source.
Turn the Steam Control
knob to "OFF" and unplug
the appliance from the
wall socket.
Let the appliance
cool down for at least
10 minutes. Plug the
appliance in and try
again.
Unplug the appliance
and contact your nearest
authorised service centre
to arrange a repair.
