Owner´s manual
Track displacement
1) Check whether the track is damaged or not.
2) Adjust the track tension wheel for proper track tension.
Steering mechanism malfunction
1) Check if the drive force of the steering rod is too small.
2) Check if the steering cable is damaged or broken.
3) Check if the steering linkage is well connected with the cable.
For further details refer to the motor instruction manual.

5. STORAGE

Key points of storage
If the machine is to be parked for a long time it must be stored properly: it must be kept in a good
environment to avoid rusting, aging and deformation of the parts. Before storing the machine, it must be
thoroughly cleaned, checked and each part adjusted according to the required technical maintenance
(see section "maintenance").
Causes of damage to the conveyor during the storage period
1) Corrosion: During parking, dust and vapor from the air are easily submerged inside the machine from
crevices and holes, causing contamination and corrosion of parts. Relatively moving surfaces, such as
pistons, valves, bearings, gears, etc., lose the protection of the flowing lubricating oil film and become
pressurized due to prolonged parking in a certain position.
2) Aging: Rubber, plastics and other delicate parts may deteriorate under direct sunlight due to ultraviolet
radiation.
3) Deformation: The drive belt, tire and other parts are subjected to long-term stress, which may cause
deformation of the components.
Vehicle storage
1) Before storage, carefully check the machine, troubleshoot existing problems and perform good
maintenance. Clean the outside surface of the machine.
2) Clean the oil from the lubrication system.
3) Release the oil from the engine while it is hot, add fresh oil and let the engine run at low speed for
several minutes, so that the oil adheres evenly to the surface of the moving parts.
4) Apply dehydrated petroleum jelly (heated to 100-200 C) to electrical contacts, gaskets and unpainted
metal parts.
5) Loosen the motor belt, remove it if necessary, pack it well and store it separately, spray anti-rust agent
into the belt wheel groove and paint the part of the bracket surface that peels off the paint.
6) Remove the petrol from the gas tank and clean the tank.
7) Use protective materials (tarpaulins, tarpaulins, oilcloth or oil paper, etc.) to seal unsealed engine
nozzles, such as intake and exhaust nozzles, to prevent the entry of foreign bodies, dust and water vapor.
8) Set all controls (including electrical system switches) to operational status.
9) It is recommended to store in hangars or garages, with ventilated and dry environments. It is strictly
forbidden to store with corrosive articles and gases. If no garage or enclosed area is available and the
machine is parked outdoors, be sure to park the machine on level, high, dry ground and cover with
waterproof fabric.
10) Parts and tools removed from the machine should be cleaned, packed and stored in a dry warehouse.
