Device Not Turning On:
1) Check to see if your device is fully charged.
• If the device does not turn ON, the battery may be drained.
• A full charge cycle of ten (10) hours for Trinity+ and four (4) hours for Mini+ may be required
for the device.
• For additional information go to the "Battery" section in this user guide.
2) For Trinity+ device only: Check to see if the attachment is properly seated and fits securely
to the Trinity+ device.
IMPORTANT: The Trinity+ device will NOT turn on if the attachment is not correctly positioned
and secured in place.
Resetting Your Device:
Trinity+:
• To reset your device back to factory settings, place the Trinity+ device in the charging cradle
(make sure charging cradle is plugged in).
• Hold down the power button for 10 seconds.
• The 1st and 3rd LEDs will blink three (3) times.
• Once the LEDs stop blinking you may start using your device.
With a reset, you will need to redo your Bluetooth® pairing and settings located under the
NuFACE APP section.
Mini+:
• To reset your device, plug your Mini+ device to the power supply.
• Hold down the power button for 10 seconds.
• The 1st and 3rd LEDs will blink three (3) times.
• Once the LEDs stop blinking you may start using your device.
With a reset, you will need to redo your Bluetooth® pairing and settings located under the
NuFACE APP section.
DO NOT attempt to troubleshoot by disassembling the product as this will void the warranty
and may cause injury.

NuFACE® warrants that all NuFACE® devices and attachments are free from manufacture defects
in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of your original purchase.
Our obligation under this Warranty is limited to replacement of the product which will not extend
the period of your Warranty. This Warranty does not cover damage covered by abuse, improper
care, application of harmful chemicals, product that may have been altered in any way, loss of the
device and product purchased from an unauthorized seller.
NO OTHER WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WHETHER OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE OR OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF ANY OTHER KIND, SHALL EXIST IN RESPECT TO
SUCH PRODUCT.

The NuFACE® device complies with the requirements of IEC 60601-1-2:2014 (EMC Collateral
Standard) including the E-field susceptibility requirements at 10 volts per meter, at frequencies
from 80 MHz to 2.7 GHz. However, even at this level of device immunity, certain transmitting
devices (cellular phones, two-way radios, cordless phones, paging transmitters, RFID devices, etc.)
emit radio frequencies that could interrupt device operation if operated in a range too close to
the device. Users should be aware of possible radio frequency interference if portable devices
are operated in close proximity to the device. It is recommended that transmitting devices such
as cellular phones, two-way radios, cordless phones, etc. not be located within 10 feet / 3m of
the device during treatment. In addition, it is recommended that such transmitting devices not
be located within 10 feet / 3m of the device during Bluetooth® wireless communication with the
NuFACE App, other than the cellular phone being used to communicate with the device.
The NuFACE® device complies with the requirements of IEC 60601-1-2:2017 for Radiated and
Conducted Emissions in Group 1 Class B.
The NuFACE® complies with the requirements of IEC 60601-1-2:2014 for Harmonic distortion in
Harmonic classification A.
