CLEANING
WARNING
Electrocution hazard. Before cleaning, al-
ways disconnect the plug from the electri-
cal socket.
•
After each use, disconnect the plug (5) from the mains outlet.
Make sure the motor stops completely be-
fore disassembling the appliance.
•
Remove the attachments in the reverse order compared to their assem-
bly.
•
To clean the appliance body (7), use a wet cloth but do not use abrasive
detergents.
•
To clean the dough hook (14), the whisks (12-13), the bowl (8), and the
bowl lid (10), use warm water and mild dish-washer detergents.
Do not use metallic or abrasive pads for cleaning to prevent damag-
es to the appliance and its components.
Before putting the appliance away, pay particular attention to clean-
ing it and its components properly to avoid bacterial formation. All
of parts cannot be put in the dishwasher, except for the bowl (8) and
the beating whisk(12) (Max 50°C).
WARNING
Before inserting the power plug into the
mains socket, make sure that the appliance
and all its components are completely dry
and properly mounted; besides verify the
starting selector (11) is in the "0" position.

Wrap the electrical power cord around the cable tidy situated under the
appliance body(7) (Fig. H) and store it in a dry place.
