handlebar stem towards the front wheel.

stem towards the footrest and fasten it.
After folding, lift while holding the frame with one or both hands. The item only folds for storage in a vehicle for transportation
purposes.
If the brake is too tight or too loose, adjust it by loosening or
tightening the screw (A).
If the brake lever is too soft or too hard even after following the
instructions in the first step, it may be necessary to repeat the
operation until the optimal setting has been reached.

handlebar stem with one hand, release the lever on the locking
mechanism, fold the handlebar stem towards the footrest and
fasten it.
