D. DETACHING THE REAR BUMPER (OPTIONAL) (FIG. 6)
The rear bumper provides additional protection for the rear of the
mower. However, the rear bumper could be detached from the
mower according to your needs.
Required Tool (supplied): 13 mm wrench
1. Loosen and remove the bolt and nut from the vertical hole.
2. Loosen and remove the two bolts from the horizontal slots.
3. Detach the rear bumper from the mower. Store the rear
bumper assembly and fasteners for future use.
E. CHECKING THE TIRE PRESSURE (FIG. 7)
Required tools (not supplied): Tire pressure gauge; air
compressor / inflator or heavy-duty bicycle pump.
Check the air pressure in all tires before use. Be sure tires are
inflated to the pressure shown below.
Recommended Pressure
Front Wheels
32 PSI (222.1 kPa)
WARNING: Check the tire pressure carefully while inflating. Too
much air in the tire could cause the tire to burst, causing serious
personal injury.
Rear Wheels
16.8 PSI (115.8 kPa)
