Re-assembly of the gearbox
The re-assembly of the gearbox is basically performed in reverse order. Fill the gearbox with
sufficient grease.
Disassembly band saw head
Undo screw with flat head d. Take off guard plate e, bearing ring f, needle sleeve g and discs
h.
Loosen socket head screw i and take out clamping bushing j. Remove hexagonal nuts k
with washers l and take off bow m, tension spring n and conical spring washer o (see fig. 12).
Remove hexagonal nut p and undo thread bolt q. Pull out adjusting bolt r and tapered handle s.
Remove tension sleeve t and disassemble tapered handle s and adjusting bolt r.
