6. FAULT DIAGNOSIS

SYMPTOM
The pump does not start when
the remote controller push button
is pressed.
The pump starts but immediately
stops.
The pump starts but the oil is not
pressurised and the yellow led
fl ashes.
After long use the pump will not
start and the yellow led is on.
It is not possible to couple the
fl exible hose to the pump.
If the pump still does not operate correctly, please return it to Cembre (see § 7 page 34).
POSSIBLE CAUSES
F1 and F2 fuses are faulty.
Incorrect connection of the remote
controller plug or the mains cable
plug.
Incorrect connection of the hydraulic
hose.
Insuffi cient oil in the reservoir.
Oil leaks in the hydraulic circuit.
The thermal protection has triggered
because of motor overheating.
Residual oil pressure in the hose.
REMEDY
Replace the fuses with equivalents.
Connect plug correctly (see § 3.1).
Check the quick coupler for correct
connection (see § 3.1).
Top up the oil reservoir (see § 3.3
and 5.1).
Check the hydraulic connection
(see § 3.1).
Allow the motor to rest and wait
until the motor has cooled down.
(see § 3.3).
Connect the fl exible hose to the
pump keeping the release button
(PS) pushed.
