1. Drill a hole for a wall plug at the target location of the display installation.
2. Place the wall stud in the drilled hole.
3. There is a mounting plate on the back of the display. There are two holes in the
mounting plate for screws.
4. Put the screws through the holes in the mounting plate.
5. Position the mounting plate at the target installation location of the display.
6. Screw the screws into the wall studs.
7. Use the pressure screws on both sides of the display to secure it at the desired
tilt angle.
CALIBRATION:
Models SBS-PS-30; SBS-PS-1500:
1. When the scale is turned off, hold the "UNIT" button for a few seconds, and
then press the "ON/OFF" button without releasing the "UNIT" button.
2. When the scale is activated, let go of the buttons. The display will show "CAL".
3. Press the UNIT button. The calibration value will start flashing on the display.
* For the SBS-PS-1500, the calibration value is 100 kg.
4. Place a load of the weight indicated on the display on the weighing platform.
5. Press the UNIT button. The display will indicate "-----".
6. The calibration has been successfully completed. Remove the load from the
platform.
Model SBS-PS-1800:
1. When the unit is off, hold down the "ZERO" and "TARE" buttons simultaneously
and turn on the scale. The display will show "CAL" and then "A/D value".
2. Press the TARE button. The display will indicate the pre-set calibration load.
3. Place an object with the weight indicated on the display on the scale.
4. Press the TARE button. The display will indicate "------", which means the
calibration is complete.
CAUTION! During the calibration process, the display may show a string of numbers.
This is the number of measurements taken so far. It may vary by -/+ 5 readings. If it
disproportionately increases or decreases, the load cell is probably defective.
Regards all models:
Calibration is required when:
a) the measurement readings are not accurate,
b) the unit is started up for the first time,
