1. Turn off the unit.
2. Press the "ZERO" button and then the "ON/OFF" button without releasing the
"ZERO" button. Hold down both buttons at the same time until the display
shows "A_OFF".
3. Available settings to adjust:
3.1. Automatically shuts off:
- When the display shows "A_OFF", press the "ZERO" button to activate (ON)
and press again to deactivate (OFF) the automatic shutdown function.
3.2. Backlight mode:
- When the display shows "A_OFF" press the "UNIT" button. The display will
indicate "L-ON" (backlight active) or "L-OFF" (backlight inactive). Use the "ZERO"
button to change the option from "L-ON" to "L-OFF" and vice versa as required.
3.3. Automatic reading behavior:
- Press the "UNIT" button twice. The display will show "H_ON" (active function)
or "H_OFF" (inactive function). Use the "ZERO" button to change the option from
"H_ON" to "H_OFF" and vice versa as required.
4. To exit the settings menu, press the "ON/OFF" button - the unit will be turned
on. After pressing the "ON/OFF" button again, the unit will start in normal
weighing mode.
• Zeroing:
If the weighing platform is empty and the display shows a value other than 0, press
the "ZERO" button to zero the value on the display and only start weighing.
• Taring:
1. Introduce an animal or place an object on the platform while the unit is on.
2. Wait until the reading stabilizes.
3. Press the "ZERO" button and leave the animal/object on the platform. The
display will indicate a value of 0.
4. Enter another animal or add an object on the platform. The display will indicate
the weight of the second object only.
5. Repeat as needed, not exceeding the maximum weight load.
Model SBS-PS-1800:
• Setup menu (1st level):
1. Turn on the unit while holding down the "ZERO" button. When the unit is
started, let go of the "ZERO" button.
