USER GUIDE - VELTIUM LITE
1. GETTING STARTED
Before starting to use your VELTIUM LITE charger, check with your installer that the equipment and its
accessories have been properly installed, that the electrical installation is correctly configured and that
it complies with all electrical and safety regulations.
Download the VELTIUM App on your mobile phone.
To get started in the App, register as a new user. Press the

and login to the VELTIUM App with your credentials.
Associate your charger to your user account by opening the App menu, choosing the
option, pressing the

clicking on Accept you will see the charger associated to your account.
Now all you have to do is configure your charger to start using it. Read the MANAGING MY
CHARGER FROM THE VELTIUM APP – SETTINGS section appearing a little later in this USER GUIDE.
Also check the other features you have access to via the VELTIUM App in order to start enjoying your
VELTIUM LITE charger.
Over the next few steps the VELTIUM App will ask you for a series of permissions
(to access your camera, Bluetooth, location, alerts, etc). It is VERY IMPORTANT
that you accept all permission requests to ensure correct functioning of the
VELTIUM App with the charger.

If you do this in a place with no cover or data access, the process will be
incomplete. You and your phone must be in a place with Internet connection to
proceed. If your charger is in an area with no cover you can also associate your
charger to your account from another place by scanning the spare QR code
supplied with your charger. This is the only step where your phone is required to
have Internet connection.
This is the only way to associate a charger to a user account. Don't try to connect
the charger to your mobile phone by searching for devices using the Bluetooth
section of your phone settings.
