5. USERS AND PROFILES
LITE chargers can be used by different users and also offer the possibility of consulting information on
the charges made by each user.
This means that each user will have one of the following three profiles:
ADMINISTRATOR : each charger can only have one ADMINISTRATOR, who will always be the

first user who links it to their account when the charger has no users. The ADMINISTRATOR profile
allows them to:
o Use the charger to charge.
o Make changes to any of the settings.
o Create, change, delete, enable and disable schedules.
o View all charges made by the charger, and the user who made the charge.
An ADMINISTRATOR can decide whether or not to allow other users to use the charger. Consult
the MANAGING THE CHARGER FROM THE VELTIUM APP – SETTINGS section a little further on in
this USER GUIDE for the three options available for managing this control.
In addition, an ADMINISTRATOR can give and deny authorisation to the other charger users, and
can also change their user profiles in the charger. Consult the MANAGING THE CHARGER FROM
THE VELTIUM APP – SETTINGS section a little further on in this USER GUIDE for instructions on
how to proceed with these operations. Note that if you delete the account of the charger of which
you are the ADMINISTRATOR you can propose another user as the new ADMINISTRATOR.
CHARGE USERS : a single charger can have an unlimited number of CHARGE USERS. The

CHARGE USER profile enables them to:
o Use the charger to charge.
o Create, change, delete, enable and disable schedules.
o View their own charges in the charger.
Remember that under no circumstances can a CHARGE USER change any of the charger settings.
QUERY USER : a charger can have an unlimited number of QUERY USERS. The QUERY USER

profile enables them to:
o View all charges made with the charger, and the user who made the charge.
