The air hoses can be ordered as a package from Otto Graf GmbH:
107190 hose package 10 metres
107192 hose package 20 metres
Lubricant, sealant, Teflon tape etc.
Core drill for tank inlets and outlets. These can be purchased from Otto Graf GmbH using the fol-
lowing article numbers:
202003 core drill DN 110, diameter 124 mm
Carat S septic tank and covers must be ordered separately.
3.3
Preparing the Carat S tank
3.3.1
Assembling the emergency overflow
In the event of damage, the emergency overflow prevents coarse solids form entering the SBR reactor.
The emergency overflow consists of:
1 x HT – T-piece 87°, DN 75
2 x HT – pipe DN 75; l = 150 mm
1 x HT – elbow 87° DN 75
1 x edge seal DN 75
The emergency overflow is assembled before the assembled dividing baffle is installed in the Carat S
tank.
This installation involves making a hole of 83 mm with a core drill in the dividing baffle. The position of the
hole can be taken from the following drawing. This hole takes the DN 75 seal, after which the pipe is
pushed through and the T-piece attached.
