The PP cabinet is secured in place with 4 x hanger bolt ③ driven into plugs ① in the wall. The plain and
tooth washers and nuts are assembled as shown in the above figure.
After assembly, the cover must be secured with the M4 x 20 bolt. A second bolt is provided as a replace-
ment.
5.2.3
Connecting the air hoses
The two air hoses (or three in the case of two-tank systems) are routed to the planned cabinet site
through the conduit laid in the ground. They must be shortened so that they are free of strain and cannot
kink.
The hoses must be connected to the hose connectors on the valve strip. We recommend heating the
hose ends for the assembly.
For reliable level measurements, we recommend wrapping Teflon strip in addition around the blue hose
connector for aeration.
The empty pipe must be sealed on the control's side as a minimum so
that no gas can be exchanged via this pipe (explosion protection, mois-
ture, odours!).
