Use an appropriate grip cement, and dry well the applied part, then
check if it is securely adhered. If it has not completely dried or if
a different cement is used, there is a risk that the grip may slip off
while riding. Verify that the grip is securely mounted to the handle-
bars before operating the motorcycle.
7. Install the handlebar balancer
and balancer screw, and tighten
it to the specified torque.
Screw : 5.5N . m
(0.55 kgf-m, 4.0 lbf-ft)
Installation of Grip Heater
Switch
1. Install the Grip Heater Switch
② to the Switch Bracket ⑧
with the Screws ③ as shown
and tighten it to the specified
torque.
Screw : 0.4N . m
(0.04 kgf-m, 0.3 lbf-ft)
