4. Apply grease to the handlebar.
5. Apply grease to the throttle
cable and cable pulley.
6. Insert the Grip Heater (R) ⑤
into the handlebar. First, install
the throttle cable No.1, next,
No.2.
Install the throttle cable No1
and No.2, so that they aren't
bent at root of the cable end.
7. Set the stopper peg of the
upper throttle case to the hole
in the handlebar, and tighten
the throttle case screws to the
specified torque.
After tightening, check that
the throttle case doesn' t
rattle.
