3.3.3.
MAINTENANCE OF CUTTING HEAD COMPONENTS
To maintain proper function and extend the life of the unit maintenance of the
cutting head parts is required. Use a thin layer of oil on the cutting blades (C)
and comb plate (E) and pour a few drops of oil into the lubrication holes (D)
located on the cutting head.
CAUTION!
to ISO VG15.
The oil provided by the supplier is non-toxic and does not cause irritation to
skin or mucous membranes. When using the unit, care should be taken to
constantly moisten the moving parts of the cutting head (cyclically, every 15
minutes). Insufficiently oiled or dry blades will overheat. This leads to
unsatisfactory cutting results and shortened blade life.
3.3.4.
UNIT OVERLOADING - SENSOR
The unit has a built-in sensor that monitors the mechanical and thermal
overloading of the structure. If the unit stops during operation, turn it off
immediately using the on/off switch (F), in position "0" (off).
Immediate causes for triggering the overload switch may be a defective motor,
excessive blade pressure, a jammed cutting head or a blocked air filter.
Troubleshooting should be carried out with the product disconnected from the
mains supply. Restart the machine after a few minutes by pressing the
overload protection button (G).
Use only oil provided by the supplier or paraffin oil according
